If you have received notice that you are subject of either a Daysafe or Nightsafe exclusion you have a right of appeal against that exclusion. Appeals should be submitted in writing (email or letter) stating why you think you should not be excluded. Appeals should be sent to info@cheltenham-safe.org / Cheltenham Safe, 2 Trafalgar Street, Cheltenham GL50 1UH.
Appeals are considered by members of the Cheltenham Safe Board of Management who would not have been involved in the original decision to exclude you. In normal circumstances a decision on whether or not to allow an appeal will be made within 10 working days.
